Based on my personal experience, you or your representative in Albania should contact the university to send your documents electronically to WES. WES has an established relationship with Universities in Albania and has provided the universities officials with instructions. You must provide the university with your Reference Number (Ref#).
NOTE: Do not send original documents. WES does not require any original documents to process a credential evaluation report. Documents that you submit for evaluation will not be returned and will be destroyed by WES at its sole discretion.
5. Pay the Evaluation Fee
Pay the required fee using credit/debit card or other accepted methods. Note that you must include the Reference number In the payment description.
6. WES Verifies Your Documents
If you do not submit your documents through the institution in Albania, WES reserves the right to verify all submitted documents by contacting the institution or other authorized sources to authenticate them.
