USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) Cases
If you filed your case with USCIS, visit the USCIS Case Status Tool to check the status of the following case types:
- I-130, Petition for Alien Relative
- I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
- N-400, Application for Naturalization
- Form I-589, Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal
- Go to Case Status Online – Case Status Search

This is a 13-character number found on your receipt notice (e.g., EAC1234567890). - Click “Check Status” to view the latest update.
